Exchange Policy

• We offer size exchanges only, subject to stock availability.

• Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.

Wrong or Damaged Item

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product

• Photos of the parcel packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only offered if:

• The ordered item is out of stock after payment.

• We are unable to replace a verified wrong or damaged item.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind.

• Minor color differences due to screen or lighting variations.

• Incorrect size selected by the customer (size exchange only, if available).

• Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
