We currently ship orders across all cities in Pakistan, including major urban and remote areas. International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping (All over Pakistan): Rs. 250 flat rate

• FREE Shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000

3. Delivery Time

• Karachi & Major Cities: 2-4 working days

• Other Cities / Remote Areas: 4-6 working days

• Please note: Delivery timelines may vary during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• You will receive an email or SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

5. Courier Partners

We partner with trusted logistic providers like Leopards, TCS, M&P, and Trax to ensure timely and secure deliveries.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email or phone number. You can track your order directly via our courier partners’ websites.

7. Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to:

• Weather conditions

• Lockdowns or government restrictions

• Courier service issues

8. Undelivered Orders / Returns to Origin

If a package is undelivered due to:

• Incorrect address

• Unavailability of the recipient

• Repeated failed delivery attempts
  The package will be returned to us. We will contact you to re-confirm the delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.
